A quick service update...

At the present time, it seems unlikely that we will be able to return to offering face to face counselling for the rest of 2020.

We continue to offer no-cost NHS-funded short-term counselling to residents of Cambridge and surrounding areas, via online teleconferencing or by telephone.

If you are unsure about how that would be for you, we suggest that you could use your initial assessment session as a trial, to see how it is for you in practice. Although some people only want to do counselling in person, over the past 6 months many people have told us they've been surprised to discover that phone or Zoom counselling is actually pretty effective.

If you are registered at one of our “home" GP surgeries in Cambridge (Arbury Road, East Barnwell, Petersfield or Woodlands), you can ask to be referred by your GP or other practice professional. Otherwise, you can self-refer by leaving a message on our confidential answering service on: 01223 425419 or by filling in the contact form on this website.
