Part-time Clinical Administrator
Lawrence Way Community Counselling Service
Approx. 6 – 8 hours per week £10 per hour

Lawrence Way Community Counselling Service is a Community Interest Company providing free short-term counselling for people in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a part-time clinical administrator to join our team in early 2021. The role is for someone working from home on a flexible basis, working mainly via the phone and email. Typically we expect the work to take an average of 6 to 8 hours in total across the working week.
You will be receiving referrals from members of the public, GP surgeries and other social care are community organisations, collating contact and other details, and arranging appointments for counselling and assessment interviews.
It is therefore vital that you possess good communication skills, good IT skills, and are able to work accurately and confidentially. Because of the nature of the service we provide, people are sometimes stressed or become upset, so it’s important you can keep a level head and a professional attitude under pressure.
The successful candidate will need to have an Enhanced DBS Certificate, which we will arrange if you don’t already have one.
